BOTANICAL VANDALS MURALS
Botanical Vandals is the muralist wing of Graft, consisting of husband and wife team Rob and Sophie Wheeler.
Sophie and Rob work together, and with communities and clients, to create beautiful murals which reflect and uplift their surroundings.
Their unique style is inspired by the great designers of the Arts and Crafts, Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods, weaving together elements of local flora, fauna, history and cultural heritage into an ornate, organic pattern, while staying true to their graffiti heritage through their use of the spraycan.
Rob and Sophie specialise in community mural projects which engage local people of all ages and abilities, enabling communities to feel part of the project, contribute their ideas and stories, and create their own pieces of artwork to keep.
They are also available for private commissions and public realm projects, including working in different media such as thermoplastic floor art.
See below for examples of their work, and get in touch if you would like to find out more about working with Botanical Vandals.
